This Asset License ("License") governs your use of downloadable assets and generated outputs made available throughCalmly Kids operated by Vista Studios Ltd.

1) Definitions

• "Assets" includes downloadable wallpapers (including searchable JPEGs), source files, Calmly Kids Blender files, and Calmly Kids PSD files.
• "Generated Outputs" includes files produced by the Service based on your inputs (e.g., AI files generated from uploaded images).
• "User Content" means images and other materials you upload to the Service.

2) Ownership

We (or our licensors) own the Assets and the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.

3) License grant (Assets)

Subject to your compliance with the Terms and any plan/credit limits, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Assets as follows: Personal use only.

4) License grant (Generated Outputs)

Subject to your compliance with the Terms, we grant you the right to use Generated Outputs as follows: Personal use only.

5) Restrictions

• No reselling, redistribution, or making Assets available as standalone files, except as expressly permitted in writing.
• No sharing accounts or circumventing plan/credits limits.
• No removing embedded notices/metadata where applicable.
• No use that violates laws or third-party rights (including privacy/publicity rights).

6) Termination

This License terminates automatically if you violate the Terms or this License. Upon termination, you must stop using the Assets.

7) Disclaimer

Assets and Generated Outputs are provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
