This Refund Policy describes how Vista Studios Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles refunds for Calmly Kids (the "Service") available at https://calmlykids.app. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Because our services provide immediate access to digital content and computing resources:
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
- Partial billing periods are not refunded.
However:
- If an AI generation fails due to a technical error, credits used for that generation will be automatically restored.
- If a request is rejected due to moderation or safety filtering, credits for that request will be automatically restored.
